What inspired this wish list request?
I am working with multiple import of excel sheets from various users and some are applying filters to have the required informations. However I want to import all data of the files in an automated way.
What is the improvement you would like to see?
It happens that hidden and filtered rows are handled differently in excel and JMP 18. It would be good to have a "<<Set Excel Suppress Filtered Rows( 0 )," so all excels don't need to be checked to be sure no filters are applied before running the automation.
Why is this idea important?
This is important in the aim of automatization of data from team or group when not all people have JMP and use filtered specific excel files. If you want to recover all data from these files and not only the prefered ones of each usersto avoid bias in your data analysis
